Quality Control

Hardness Test

Vickers Hardness Test is to observe the questioned material’s ability to resist plastic deformation from a standard source. The Vickers test can be used for all metals and has one of the widest scales among hardness testers.

Eddy Current Test

This test is a demand specific test and is conducted on the entire length of tube as per ASTM E-426 standards to determine the homogeneity of sub surface.

Hydrostatic & Pneumatic Pressure Test

Hydrostatic Test of pipe is carried out to ensure that pipe is 100% leak proof and the ability of pipe to withstand pressure.

Flattening Test

This test is conducted to check the strength of the welded section by subjecting it to extreme compression stress.

RA Test

RA test is conducted to calculate the Roughness Average of a surfaces to know both the amplitude and frequency to know that the surface is fit for the desired purpose.

Bending Test

This test is conducted to check the pressure holding capacity of a pipe without any leakage

Flaring Test

This test is conducted to establish the forming behavior of tubes or pipes which are expanded to a certain degree.

Elongation Test

A universal testing machine (UTM), also known as a universal tester, is used to test the tensile and compressive strength of materials.

Reverse Flattening Test

This test is to ensure that there are no cracks or blowholes on the welded section of the pipes.

Chemical Composition Test

Chemical composition test requires the application of a combination of analytical methods in order to achieve a full picture of the chemical structures and concentrations of the components in a sample.
